FOCA follow up

Here's Obama's actual speech to planned parenthood July 17, 2007.

The first is a shortened version with relevant clips, the second is the entire speech lasting 24 minutes.

Here's the link to the bill itself.

That's weird. I commented early this morning. Don't know where it went and forgot what I said. I appreciate the shorter video 'cause I just can't stomach listening to Obama's rhetoric. His style of inflection (sp) makes me feel I'm gonna be getting an emotional snow job. (Spelling's not my strong suit. I don't know of anyway to check one's spelling in these comment boxes.) I just came from my doc who said my adrenal glands are toast and I should avoid all stress of every kind if possible. So I'm not gonna watch the news. But I will use your blog to get a daily (or so) snapshot of the hot issues. It's sad to think that not only will all of us big folks suffer under Obama but his uninspired views will even reach down as far as the unborn.

It has ocurred to me that I too should stop reading the news and just check out. I can't do it though, so I'll just keep blogging until the need subsides. Maybe I should mix in some good news once in a while. I guess that's what cute overload is for--to counteract current events...
